Welcome to Based Music, an Aotearoa only online retail store 'For All Your Musical Needs'. We are located in Tāmaki Makaurau. Our staff are a small team of musicians, extremely knowledgeable on our products and are happy to assist you. 

We are a relatively new company, we opened in January 2025. At this current point we stock world brands such as Bromo Guitars, Jim Dunlop as well as MXR and Cry Baby, Mahalo Ukuleles and Valencia Guitars. 

This is only the start! We are proud to let you know that we will be releasing a variety products from Aquarian Drumheads, a well known, iconic brand. And many more exciting releases.
